Dowco operations encompass over 250,000 square feet in five domestic manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
Our marine division’s main facility is located in Lebanon, Missouri. In addition, we have marine manufacturing facilities located in Fort Wayne, Indiana to provide the best possible customer support and just in time delivery to our customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification was awarded based on recognition of hard work and continued support and dedication to quality by Dowco. ISO 9001:2015 certification provides our customers with the confidence that Dowco products are designed and manufactured within a formal, documented and standardized quality system resulting in the production of high quality products.
We Evaluate Our Suppliers to Deliver the Best in Class
Prior to being selected as a Dowco supplier, each potential candidate is evaluated to verify that they have the ability to meet Dowco’s highest quality of standards. Each supplier is chosen based on a number of criteria such as passing a Dowco audit or being ISO certified. The successful candidates receive a Dowco Supplier Quality Manual to clearly communicate Dowco’s requirements to their colleagues. Scorecards are sent monthly to grade performance and indicate any problems or concerns.
